Bob Morford serves as Executive Vice Chairman of Rv3 Solutions, where he provides strategic leadership across the firm and its affiliated companies and supports the continued growth of the company’s Life Sciences platform. With more than 40 years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, and complex transactions, he is a respected advisor to clients navigating evolving business and facility needs.

He is also a founding principal of Morford & Dodds Realty in Princeton, New Jersey, an alliance partner to Rv3 Solutions. Active in the commercial real estate industry since 1981, Bob has represented clients in office, laboratory, and manufacturing assignments across national and global markets. He is known for leading complex, multi-market engagements with a disciplined, client-focused approach and for aligning real estate strategy with broader business objectives.
