Mary J. Royal

Mary James Royal serves as Senior Vice President of Lease Administration at Rv3 Solutions, bringing more than 35 years of experience working with institutional landlords and corporate occupiers. She leads the firm’s lease administration function, integrating lease data, compliance, and reporting into RV3’s broader asset management platform and dashboard analytics to support portfolio performance and informed decision-making across global client portfolios.

Mary began her career with Gale & Wentworth, where she oversaw enterprise assets, and later held a senior lease administration role at The Garibaldi Group, supporting large corporate accounts and complex, multi-market portfolios.  At Rv3 Solutions, she plays a key role in aligning lease administration with portfolio strategy and client service delivery, applying a disciplined, detail-driven approach to managing lease obligations, improving data integrity, and enhancing operational efficiency across the firm’s client engagements.
