Elizabeth Hershibine

Elizabeth Hershibine serves as Vice President at Rocky Mountain Advisors, an affiliate partner to Rv3 Solutions,  where she is responsible for shaping the firms mission to develop Integrated Living Communities for special needs adults. She works closely with Rv3’s leadership supporting the planning and execution of projects designed to create inclusive, supportive living environments for underserved populations.

Elizabeth brings an interconnected perspective to integrated living solutions shaped by her background as an educator and advocate for her special needs daughter, combined with a strong commitment to social enterprise and impact investing. She is passionate about advancing solutions that address the needs of disenfranchised individuals and communities, helping to align mission-driven development with thoughtful strategy, execution, and long-term community impact.
