Rv3 Solutions, a global corporate real estate asset management and advisory firm, today announced its role as advisor on the lease of an approximately 88,146-square-foot advanced manufacturing and office facility located at 4910 Executive Court South in Frederick, Maryland, within the Center 85 industrial campus.
The project supports a confidential defense sector client and required a highly specialized facility capable of accommodating advanced technical manufacturing operations alongside integrated engineering and office functions. The assignment was particularly challenging due to the limited availability of suitable industrial properties in the market, driven by sustained demand for high-bay space within regional logistics and manufacturing corridors.
Rv3 Solutions partnered with Peter Rosan, Executive Managing Director, of Cushman & Wakefield Maryland to execute a targeted site selection and lease negotiation strategy. The team navigated a constrained supply environment to identify and secure a facility that could support complex infrastructure requirements, customization for technical production, and long-term operational scalability.
