Rv3 Solutions, a global corporate real estate asset management and advisory firm, today announced its role in advising on the lease of a Class A logistics facility comprising approximately 537,000 square feet located at 100 Nemec Way in Byhalia, Mississippi.
The facility represents a core North American distribution hub supporting a leading branded consumer products manufacturer, enabling enhanced supply chain efficiency and long-term scalability across a national distribution network.
Strategically located in the Memphis logistics corridor, the site offers significant advantages including access to a deep and cost-effective labor pool, proximity to major intermodal and port infrastructure and regional freight hubs, and immediate connectivity to key regional and national highway networks supporting efficient long-haul distribution.
The transaction was the result of a comprehensive strategic review of operations, logistics footprint, and real estate cost structure. Rv3 Solutions led a highly structured evaluation process incorporating network optimization, facility upgrades, multi-market site selection analysis, financial engineering, and the negotiation of local economic incentives.
Rv3 Solutions partnered with Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors out of Memphis, working closely with Matt Weathersby, Principal, to execute the leasing strategy and secure optimal economic and operational outcomes.
