Lebanon, NJ — July 21, 2026
Rv3 Solutions, a leading corporate real estate advisory and asset management firm, today announced the continued integration of its strategic alliance with Social Enterprise Group, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting the growth of U.S. manufacturing, economic stability, and community-based redevelopment.
The alliance brings together Rv3 Solutions’ corporate real estate, manufacturing, logistics, and site selection advisory capabilities with Social Enterprise Group’s expertise in identifying and accessing non-traditional public sector funding sources for manufacturing, redevelopment, and infrastructure expansion. These funding tools include utilization of New Markets Tax Credits, EB-5 investment programs, industrial revenue bonds, federal, state, and local incentives, Opportunity Zone strategies, infrastructure grants, tax increment financing, foreign trade zone benefits, and other public-private financing mechanisms.
The New Markets Tax Credit program is designed to attract private investment into low-income communities and has historically supported commercial real estate development, job creation, and economic revitalization in distressed markets. The CDFI Fund reports that the program has generated approximately $8 of private investment for every $1 of federal funding and supported the construction or rehabilitation of more than 268 million square feet of commercial real estate. Treasury has also noted that recent NMTC reforms are intended to focus investment on community revitalization, domestic manufacturing capacity, rural and non-metro communities, and measurable job-producing outcomes.
The combined platform is further enhanced by Rv3 Solutions’ subsidiary, the GeoEconomic Institute, whose location research and intelligence platform integrates advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, labor analytics, logistics modeling, infrastructure analysis, supplier network evaluation, incentive mapping, and real estate intelligence to support complex, multi-variable location decisions across the full manufacturing value chain.
“Manufacturing growth is no longer driven by a single site selection variable,” said Jerry Moore, President and CEO of Rv3 Solutions. “Companies are moving beyond static models that simply compare land costs, lease rates, or transportation distances. The future is multi-factor, dynamic modeling that evaluates labor availability, logistics resilience, utility capacity, incentive structures, infrastructure readiness, workforce training, community impact, speed-to-market, and long-term operating risk in one integrated decision framework.”
The alliance comes at a time when U.S. manufacturers are reassessing supply chains, reshoring production, evaluating domestic expansion, and seeking more sophisticated tools to determine where capital investment can achieve the greatest operational, financial, and community impact. Recent federal tax legislation, including the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, has created new planning considerations for manufacturers, including provisions related to bonus depreciation, domestic R&D expensing, capital investment, and production facility deductions. Tax Foundation analysis has also indicated that manufacturing corporations are among the industries expected to receive significant benefits from certain corporate tax provisions under the law.
“The One Big Beautiful Bill has accelerated the need for manufacturers to evaluate facility development decisions with far greater precision,” said Chuck Bower, Chief Real Estate Officer of Rv3 Solutions. “When capital investment, tax treatment, facility design, infrastructure readiness, labor access, and incentive qualification all intersect, companies need better tools, better data, and better coordination. Location intelligence is no longer a planning exercise at the end of the process. It needs to be embedded at the beginning of the strategy.”
Through the alliance, Rv3 Solutions, GeoEconomic Institute, and Social Enterprise Group are working together to help clients evaluate manufacturing growth programs that align real estate strategy, incentive eligibility, public sector funding, site readiness, workforce needs, infrastructure requirements, and long-term community impact. The integrated model is designed to help companies identify locations that are not only operationally efficient, but also capable of attracting capital support and delivering measurable economic benefits to host communities.
“Social Enterprise Group was created to help connect manufacturing growth with economic stability in communities that need investment, jobs, and long-term opportunity,” said James Reeb, Chief Impact Officer of Social Enterprise Group. “By working with Rv3 Solutions and the GeoEconomic Institute, we are able to bring a more disciplined and data-driven approach to identifying communities where manufacturing investment can be both financially viable and socially meaningful.”
Reeb added, “Many communities have the workforce, infrastructure, industrial legacy, and public sector support needed to compete for manufacturing growth, but they often lack the ability to connect those strengths to the right capital sources. Our role is to help bridge that gap by aligning public sector funding tools with real projects, real employers, and measurable community outcomes.”
The combined services are expected to support a broad range of manufacturing and industrial initiatives, including facility expansions, reshoring projects, brownfield redevelopment, adaptive reuse of legacy industrial assets, rural manufacturing development, infrastructure-enabled site readiness, and portfolio optimization for global companies evaluating where to expand, contract, or reposition operations.
AI is expected to play a central role in the platform’s continued development. By integrating artificial intelligence into location analytics, incentive screening, infrastructure evaluation, labor market assessment, and portfolio modeling, Rv3 Solutions and the GeoEconomic Institute are able to evaluate large volumes of structured and unstructured data more quickly and consistently. This allows clients to test multiple scenarios, identify hidden constraints, compare incentive and funding alternatives, and better understand how location decisions may perform under changing market, labor, regulatory, and supply chain conditions.
“AI does not replace strategic judgment,” Moore added. “It enhances it. The value comes from using technology to process complexity, identify patterns, and surface risks and opportunities earlier in the decision process. For manufacturers making long-term capital commitments, that can materially improve execution, reduce uncertainty, and create better outcomes for both the company and the community.”
Rv3 Solutions has extensive experience leveraging the combined capabilities of the GeoEconomic Institute and Social Enterprise Group to enhance the industrial and manufacturing portfolios of global clients involving real estate, labor, logistics, incentives, and public-private funding strategies. The firm’s integrated advisory model supports clients from early-stage location screening through incentive strategy, site acquisition, facility development, portfolio optimization, and long-term asset management.
“This alliance reflects where the market is heading,” said Bower. “Manufacturing clients need a connected advisory platform that can evaluate real estate, labor, logistics, utilities, capital incentives, public funding, and community impact at the same time. The companies that make better location decisions today will be better positioned to control costs, manage risk, and compete in the next generation of U.S. manufacturing.”
