Bridgewater, NJ — Rv3 Solutions, in partnership with The Cadence Group, today announced the successful delivery of a 60,000-square-foot innovation center in Bridgewater, New Jersey, located at 77 Corporate Center, developed through a competitive multi-state site selection process for a highly technical life sciences user.
The state-of-the-art facility was purpose-built to support advanced research laboratories, pilot plant operations, and executive office functions, enabling end-to-end development, testing, and scale-up of complex bioprocessing workflows.
The facility enhances capabilities across upstream and downstream process development, analytical testing, and specialized research environments. The inclusion of an expanded pilot plant supports scale-up simulations and process optimization, allowing for rapid customization and acceleration of biomanufacturing solutions.
Rv3 Solutions served as real estate advisor and full project coordinator, providing multi-state site selection, lease negotiations, and design team procurement. The Cadence Group led construction management, overseeing delivery of highly specialized laboratory and pilot plant environments with strict technical requirements.
