Rv3 Solutions, a corporate real estate advisory and asset management firm, today announced the promotion of Charlie Dai to Executive Vice President. In this expanded role, Dai will lead dedicated account transaction management services while also overseeing portfolio-level market research and analytics across the firm’s client base.
Dai has been a key member of the Rv3 team for eight years and has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over his tenure, he has supported complex transaction management assignments, due diligence execution, and portfolio-level strategy initiatives, helping corporate occupiers align real estate decisions with broader business objectives.
Notable transactions include the site selection of a 60,000-square-foot R&D innovation center in Bridgewater, New Jersey, located at 77 Corporate Center, completed through a competitive multi-state site selection process for a highly technical life sciences user. Dai also advised on the lease of a Class A logistics facility comprising approximately 537,000 square feet at 100 Nemec Way in Byhalia, Mississippi for a branded consumer products company.
