Chuck is responsible for integrating real estate strategy with client service delivery, providing leadership across valuation, financial analysis, lease administration, and strategic planning initiatives. He works closely with clients to align portfolio performance with broader business objectives, ensuring disciplined execution and long-term value creation across complex, multi-market environments.

Prior to Rv3 Solutions, Chuck held senior leadership roles within boutique commercial real estate advisory firms, where he led the strategic positioning, valuation, and repositioning of large-scale portfolios. Earlier in his career, he was with Prudential Corporate Real Estate Advisors and began as a commercial real estate appraiser, establishing a strong foundation in valuation and financial analysis.
