With over 30 years of extensive experience spanning property due diligence, acquisitions, land development, and construction execution, he has managed complex projects throughout the United States across both corporate and institutional portfolios.

Jay’s background includes senior development and construction roles with leading organizations, including Higgins Development Partners, Goldman Sachs’ Global Real Estate Group, and Turner Construction Company. His experience encompasses core-and-shell development, tenant improvement programs, and large-scale portfolio repositioning, providing clients with a practical, execution-focused perspective from planning through delivery.
