Throughout his career, Jerry has advised corporations, institutional investors, private equity firms, and public-sector organizations on complex real estate strategies and high-value assignments. His experience spans the full spectrum of corporate real estate strategy and execution, including portfolio and asset strategic planning, site selection and incentives, financial engineering and monetization, portfolio and lease management, design build and development coordination, and real estate and equipment disposition. He is recognized for delivering practical, integrated solutions that enhance operational performance, reduce risk, improve cost efficiency, and maximize long-term enterprise value.
