Before contributing to the founding of the Social Enterprise Group, Mr. Reeb was President at Institute St. Onge, as well as its successor, i3 – Impact Investment Integrators, Inc. a founder and managing partner in TAG Impact Partners an Impact Investment Banking firm in NY City. He has over 40 years of experience in strategic planning, business model design, location analysis, global investment strategies, capital market financing (public and private sector), infrastructure, and facility development in various engagements for 85 Fortune 500 companies.

Previously, Mr. Reeb was a Senior Partner and Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Business Consulting Group. Prior to that he was a Managing Director and Partner of Deloitte’s Real Estate Advisory and Global Manufacturing Expansion practice. Mr. Reeb established, and was President and Senior Partner of RESMA Realty Advisors that was later sold to Deloitte. Mr. Reeb was a development partner at Rouse & Associate (A/K/A Liberty Property Trust and now Prologis) prior to starting RESMA as an affiliated consulting firm. Mr. Reeb started his career at PriceWaterhouse Coopers as an international tax accountant.

Mr. Reeb earned dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration/Accounting and Civil/Industrial Engineering with honors and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance with honors from Temple University. He completed an executive DBA at University of Glasgow, Scotland and a Harvard Business School PMD in Strategic Leadership. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE). A member of the Board of Realtors Education and Professional Standards Committee, the Institute for Corporate Real Estate, the Urban Land Institute, an award winner and member of AICPA, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and a member of the International Real Estate Institute. Mr. Reeb also currently serves on a number of international nonprofit and social enterprise boards.
