Roby Bull

Roby Bull is a Senior Managing Director based out of Denver, CO , where he leads the firm’s national business development efforts. With more than 42 years of commercial real estate experience, he advises multi-market corporate occupiers on strategic planning, portfolio management, and lease negotiations.

A trusted advisor to clients with complex, geographically diverse portfolios, Roby helps align real estate strategy with broader business goals. Before joining Rv3, he spent 10 years at JLL and 18 years at Savills/Studley in the New Jersey/New York market.

Roby has been recognized repeatedly as a top dealmaker and Power Broker. Since moving to Denver in 2021, he has helped expand Rv3’s national platform and leads the firm’s Key Alliance Partner Program.
